The circumcised head has a smooth texture and is a bit firmer than the shaft. Urine will flow easily through the channel in a natural stream.

SHAFT
The shaft has precise color blending and detailed textured veins. The shaft was designed pointing down towards the scrotum giving this package a natural hang.

360 DEGREE SCROTUM
These balls feel amazing, you won't want to stop squishing them! The special gel allows the spheres within to float freely when you squeeze, which provides an extremely realistic feel. This very thin adhesion tab follows the lines of your body, and easily fits onto your pubic area. With a textured surface for better adhesion, this new special silicone forms an excellent grip with a medical adhesive.
